Vayerman just made it rain and made magic at cafe street Choc...
The rain was non-citizen clothes and citizen glasses plus some normal magic and citizen magic
And he made it rain a new kind of magic called MagicLantz I dont know what it does but it looks cool
(Srry no pic because the pic might be horrible and i was to excited to take one :D)
