Ok I've been noticing not many people have been commenting alot so I Have an idea the first one to comment an idea of how rank should be e.g beginner

But, it must be creative and be at least 12 of them!

I haven't told doraemon or other authors but I hope they all will accept my idea :)

The first one to post the most creative and best ideas get MOVE UP 2 ranks or get something in the shop- between 0-30000 must be all non-citizen (accept for the citizen stuff I have)

Well, because its the second day and no one has guessed the questions correctly, I decided to give out some hints/clues. :0
