Picture says it all!He needs help picking up garbage around chobots!You can find him at garbage collecter.
Btw,when you start quest you will get a vacuum cleaner,and the reward is a pair of green shoes he is wearing.
Every litter you pick up will earn you 20 bugs.You do not need to go to Chistochob after you find a litter.
A litter can be in a building too!
